Scheduling
Scheduling Changes
All scheduling changes are managed directly with the company and NOT through your cleaning technician, as they do not have full access to Nevada Cleaning Services' scheduling system. If you wish to request a schedule change, please contact us at nevadaservicescorp@gmail.com or text 786-327-3649. Do not contact our cleaning technicians directly to cancel or modify your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To provide you with the best service and ensure our top cleaning technicians can continue to serve your homes, we need to guarantee full schedules for our employees. Therefore, after much consideration, we are updating our cancellation fees to ensure that your canceled spot does not remain unbooked.

Less than 24 hours notice / day of service: 100% of the full service fee will be charged.

Within 48-24 hours from the start of the appointment: A $50.00 fee per employee assigned to the service will be charged.

More than 48 hours from the start of the appointment: No charge.
Email & SMS Reminders
We send an email reminder 72 hours before your scheduled service date and time, and another text message reminder 24 hours before. These reminders allow you to contact our office to cancel or reschedule. Nevada Cleaning Services reserves the right to process payments for cancellation and rescheduling fees, according to the circumstances outlined in our policy.
You can cancel your scheduled cleaning service in several ways:

Appointment Times
We reserve the right to arrive at scheduled appointments within a 45-minute to 1-hour window. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled for 11:00 AM, your cleaning technician may arrive between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), depending on traffic and route logistics.
How Prices Are Determined?
The price of your home cleaning is determined by four key factors:

Your home's configuration: (size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc.)

Type of service (e.g., regular, deep, post-construction)

How often you need service (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

And sometimes, your home's location in relation to our service area.
Cleanliness Guarantee
Re-cleans & Complaints
Complaints or notifications related to services provided by Nevada Cleaning Services must be reported within 24 hours from the date and time of service. Reports should be sent to nevadaservicescorp@gmail.com with your full name, address, contact information, service date, and a detailed description of the complaint, including photos or short videos. Refunds are not granted without a prior visit from a manager to assess the issue and determine the refund amount.
Non-Direct Hiring Policy
Nevada Cleaning Services and its Cleaning Technicians have a non-solicitation agreement in place, designed to protect our employment relationship and our investment in our staff.
Directly hiring a Nevada Cleaning Services technician by a client will result in a compensatory fee of $2,500.00. This prohibition on direct hiring extends for a period of one (1) year following the completion of any service with Nevada Cleaning Services.
Agreements for Your Property
Home Access
If you will not be present to grant our cleaners access at the time of your appointment, please text or call our direct line at 786-327-3649 to coordinate entry.
Pets & Animals
At Nevada Cleaning Services, we are Pet-friendly 🐾 and understand how important your furry companions are to you. To ensure the safety and comfort of both your pets and our staff, we kindly ask that you properly secure your animals before the service begins. Our team will be friendly and respectful towards them, but for safety and protocol reasons, Nevada Cleaning Services is not responsible for any incidents that may occur if pets are not properly secured during cleaning.
What We Don't Clean
To ensure the quality of our service and the safety of our staff, there are certain tasks or conditions we cannot cover in our standard cleaning.
This includes:

Organizing or washing large quantities of dishes/crockery.

Cleaning of hazardous materials or biohazards (such as extensive mold, blood, or bodily fluids).

Cleaning of animal waste.
-
Insects and/or rodents.
-
Cleaning of extreme clutter, excessive accumulation of trash, or debris.
-
Intensive scrubbing or cleaning of walls and doors that may damage paint or finishes.
-
Internal cleaning of display cases or areas with valuable/very delicate decorations.
-
Moving or lifting objects weighing more than 11 kg (25 lbs) for the safety of our staff.

Cleaning of very high-reach areas (e.g., very high windows, chandeliers, or ceiling lamps that require special equipment).

Cleaning of blinds with excessive dirt buildup or those that are fragile/brittle.
-
Given that dust may settle after we have cleaned (especially in environments with ventilation or movement), our service focuses on cleaning surfaces, not on dust that may resettle after our departure.
Clutter
For our cleaners to perform their work effectively and thoroughly, we kindly ask that your house, space, premises, or business be reasonably tidy upon their arrival. If you are unable to clear clutter in advance, please let us know so we can discuss options, such as the possibility of an organization service prior to cleaning.
Safety & Confidentiality
For the safety of your belongings and our staff, we kindly ask that:

Syringes and any sharp objects be safely disposed of before our service.

Confidential documents, weapons, and sensitive substances be stored in a secure place before the service.

Nevada Cleaning Services is not responsible for valuables, cash, or delicate garments left in plain sight.
Before & After
Photos For quality control and promotional purposes (without revealing your home's location or privacy), we reserve the right to document our work, including before and after photographs and/or video clips of the service.
Damages
In the unlikely event that any damage occurs during our service, we ask that you report it to us immediately. It is essential that any damage be notified within 24 hours following the completion of the service so that we can investigate and resolve it appropriately.
Pricing Reference
At Nevada Cleaning Services, we believe in total transparency. Here you'll find a reference to our rates and billing policies, designed to provide you with clarity regarding your investment in an immaculate space.
General/Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out Cleaning, and Post-Construction Cleaning

Minimum: 3 hours per employee.

In addition to the hourly/service rate, charges will apply for supplies, fuel, and credit card processing.
Specific Fees:

Cleaning supplies fee: $10 per service.

Credit card fee: 1.5% of the total.

Additional services (such as oven, windows, refrigerator, among others).
Special Cases (post-construction, extreme clutter, weekends, etc.)

Rates between $50-$60/hour per employee.

Corporate pricing: $46-$55/hour.
Recurring Services:

Prices fixed for 12 months.

Adjusted annually for inflation.
Payment and Collections Policies:
All invoices are payable in full on the same day the service is rendered. Any payment received after this date will be considered overdue.
Should an invoice remain unpaid, your account may be transferred to an external collection agency. You will be responsible for covering all charges and expenses incurred by said agency for debt recovery, including possible legal fees.
An administrative charge of $50.00 will be applied for each account referred to our collection agency after 360 days from the service date. In such cases, any originally applied discounts or coupons will be voided.
By accepting our services, you authorize us, or our designated collection agency, to contact you regarding outstanding balances. These contacts may be made by phone (including cell phone numbers, which may incur charges from your carrier), text messages (message and data rates may apply), or email, using the contact information you have provided. Contact methods may include the use of pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and/or automatic dialing devices, always within the bounds permitted by applicable law.
