Service Policies
1. Scope of Service and Area Preparation
Our services are designed exclusively for the sanitization of interior areas of the residence. Any requests involving exterior areas—such as patios, terraces, porches, or garages—are considered additional services and must be quoted and scheduled separately.
To ensure service efficiency, the property must be reasonably tidy at the time of our arrival. Personal items, clothing, toys, and documents must be removed from floors and work surfaces.
In cases of significant clutter, the service may be limited to cleared areas or may require the hiring of our Organization Service, which is offered at an additional cost.
2. Kitchen and Dish Preparation
To ensure an efficient and safe cleaning of surfaces, we ask that the kitchen be cleared prior to the service.
If additional time is required at the start of the service to remove, wash, and organize dishes in order to access work surfaces, this may be considered an additional service and will be billed separately, with prior notice to the client.
3. Linen Management and Bed Making (If Requested by the Client)
For hygiene standards and operational efficiency, bed-making services will be performed only if the client has removed previously used linens. A clean set of sheets must be placed on each bed.
For health and safety reasons, our staff does not handle previously used linens and does not perform laundry services.
4. Property Access
If the client will not be present, access must be coordinated in advance with our office.
Failure to provide access after 15 minutes of waiting will be considered a service cancellation.
5. Pets and Biosecurity
At Nevada Cleaning Services FL, we understand the importance of pets in the home. To ensure the occupational safety of our staff and the well-being of animals, pets must remain secured in a closed area or kennel during the service.
Nevada Cleaning Services FL is not responsible for behaviors, incidents, or accidents related to animals during the service.
Due to strict biosecurity and sanitation standards, our staff does not collect or handle animal biological waste. All areas to be cleaned must be free of such waste prior to the start of the service.

12. How Our Quoting and Billing Process Works
The initial quote is the first step in our process and is provided on a personalized basis, based on the information supplied by the client. To prepare this quote, we evaluate key factors such as the size and layout of the property, the type of service required, and the location within our service area.
Before performing the first service, Nevada Cleaning Services may conduct an on-site validation to confirm the actual condition of the space and, if necessary, adjust the final price in a transparent, fair, and scope-aligned manner.
Once the initial service has been completed, subsequent services are billed according to the frequency selected by the client (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or occasional). Pricing may vary for non-recurring or non-permanent services, as service frequency directly impacts the time, resources, and level of service required.
A consistent service frequency allows for more efficient scheduling and more stable pricing.
13. Payments and Billing
Payment is due on the same day the service is performed.
Late payments may result in the suspension of recurring services.
14. Cleaning Guarantee and Claims
Any concerns must be reported within 12 hours following the completion of the service.
Reports must be sent to:
Reports must include the client’s full name, address, service date, and visual evidence (photos or videos).
No refunds will be issued without a prior evaluation by management.
15. Photo Documentation
For quality control purposes, photographs and/or videos may be taken before and after the service.
Any promotional use of this material will be carried out only with the client’s express authorization.
16. Security and Confidentiality
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, cash, confidential documents, weapons, or sensitive substances prior to the service.
Nevada Cleaning Services FL is not responsible for valuable items left in plain view.
17. Employment Relationship and Service Policy
The direct hiring of a Nevada Cleaning Services technician without prior authorization constitutes a violation of our employment relationship policy and results in a $2,500.00 compensatory fee.
This policy applies during the business relationship and for one (1) year after the completion of the service, and is intended to protect our investment in training, supervision, and the enforcement of quality standards within our team.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring Nevada Cleaning Services FL, the client agrees to the express and binding acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By scheduling, confirming, or receiving a service, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these policies.
